The Medical and Pharmaceutical Technologies program is clinically and industry driven research that is co-led by clinicians and medical researchers, aiming to develop technological innovations and solutions that deliver improved health outcomes and well-being for people around the world. Our current key strengths include: neuro-electronics therapy; nano-materials and drug delivery systems; drug screening technologies with tissue-on-a-chip; biomechanics and implant systems; biomaterials, bio-fabrication and regenerative medicine; and fluid dynamic modelling for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
