Australian Diabetes Data Network

Project description

This project commenced in September 2012. Its focus is to establish a national research database for children with type-1 diabetes. This work will involve integration of a range of existing diabetes data sets in a variety of forms (spreadsheets, Access DBs, ...) into a centralised repository with live feeds from major clinical data centres around Australia. Once established, this facility will be used to support a range of clinical trials and studies. The initial version of the ADDN platform is available at
