Sponsoring a scholarship or prize is a great way for organisations to source talent, promote their business and support our future engineers.
What is the difference between a scholarship and a prize?
A scholarship provides financial assistance while the course is being undertaken, while a prize recognises a student’s achievement at the completion of a course. Both are awarded on the basis of academic merit and offer a benefit to the organisation, such as naming rights, or access to students.

Alcoa Future Leaders of Industry Engineering Scholarship
Sponsored by Alcoa, this scholarship is open to students in any engineering discipline, who are undertaking their penultimate year of study.
ACSIS Prize
Sponsored by ACSIS Ltd, this prize is awarded to the student who submits the best project on risk management in a survey environment.
Orica Design Prize
Sponsored by Orica, this prize is awarded to one or more students identified as making the most outstanding contribution to mechanical engineering design.
Marconi Medal
Presented by Ericsson, the Marconi Medal is awarded to two students with the highest average in the Master of Telecommunications.
